Explore the Beautiful Islands of the Philippines

Recently, Lauren and I went home and visited the Philippines with our family. It was our first time back in about 4 years and wow, can we both say that we never wanted to leave! Every time Lauren and I return to the Philippines we love it more and more. Now when we say we wish we never had to leave, of course a part of is due to being able to travel a great deal around the country, especially to little islands. However, we do love the simplicity of staying in the small town that our mom is from. Although our sisters don't enjoy it as much as we do, there's something about being in a familiar local place that makes every day more enjoyable.

As we embarked on our trip throughout the Philippines, with our family, Lauren and I visited places like Minalungao National Park, Coron, Palawan, Twin Lagoon, Huma, and many other small islands! While on our trip we couldn't help but be amazed by the beautiful palm and coconut trees that surrounded us as well as the crystal clear water. It was paradise! Never did my sister and I imagine that we would be going back home so soon and have the opportunity to travel to such beautiful places. During this trip we definitely learned to appreciate our beautiful home country and what it has to offer!
